I’m a proud husband and father of two, originally from outside Philadelphia. Over the past two decades, I’ve led international development projects across multiple continents, building a deep understanding of complex operations, cross-cultural leadership, and long-term planning. Today, I call Raleigh, North Carolina home—where I’ve shifted my global project management and economic analysis experience into a focused career in real estate investing.

With a background in economics and international business, and a strong foundation in financial analysis, I bring a disciplined, data-driven approach to evaluating investment opportunities. I am the founder of Monolith Real Estate Investing, where I specialize in private lending, residential rentals, and passive income strategies. I also serve as co-founder and principal of Blue 22 Capital, a boutique multifamily syndication firm focused on acquiring and operating 30-70 unit value-add properties in North Carolina.
