Monolith Real Estate Investing is a single-member LLC that uses real estate as a vehicle to build generational wealth and financial freedom.  Monolith REI began with a small single-family residential buy and hold investment back in 2012.  Since then, it has grown into a portfolio of residential real estate holdings and private investments in mortgage notes and multifamily syndications.
