We structure private loans through first-position mortgage notes, offering flexible funding for experienced investors across North Carolina.

Residential Buy and Hold
Monolith acquires single-family homes from motivated sellers, using cash to close quickly and add value through targeted renovations. Once the property is rehabbed, it is leased to qualified long-term tenants to generate stable monthly income.
We implement the BRRRR strategy—Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat—leveraging post-renovation appraised values to execute cash-out refinances. This enables us to recycle capital into new acquisitions while locking in fixed, long-term financing.
Our focus is on securing properties in appreciating neighborhoods with strong rental demand, allowing us to build a portfolio of durable, cash-flowing assets designed for long-term hold and wealth preservation.
